How to submit project feedback:

  1. Select project: Choose which project your feedback relates to from the dropdown menu. This is critical if you're collaborating with us on multiple initiatives.
  2. Choose feedback category: Select the category that best describes your feedback (e.g., "user management" for access issues, "design" for visual elements, "functionality" for feature behaviour).
  3. Complete the form: Answer the category-specific questions that appear. These tailored questions ensure we collect all necessary information for efficient resolution.
  4. Add supporting materials: Upload screenshots, screen recordings, or documents that illustrate the issue. Visual evidence significantly improves our understanding and accelerates resolution time. </aside>
